He believes that Durham’s Guaranteed Income Pilot program of giving money to these individuals has made life better for them. This Guaranteed Income Pilot program started in 2022 to help keep Americans out of jail by giving them extra money each month. And so far nobody who’s gotten this money has gone back to jail.
