Crowds flock to Brewgaloo, North Carolina’s largest craft beer festival

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Saturday afternoon, thousands of people, tents, live music, food trucks, dozens of local vendors lined down Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh.

“They wanted us all to come down to Raleigh for Brewgaloo, so I said why not do it, what better excuse than to drink beer with the boys?” said Scott Brewster, who traveled from Albany, New York to meet up with friends.

He’s one of around 60,000 that organizers expected to visit North Carolina’s largest craft beer festival over the weekend — a two-day celebration known as Brewgaloo…
