RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – A South Reno candy shop is bringing a taste of Scandinavia to northern Nevada, offering customers a chance to try authentic Swedish sweets and one particularly polarizing treat: salty licorice.
Nikki’s Candy, located in Smithridge Plaza, opened in October 2025 with a mission to introduce Reno residents to traditional Scandinavian candy made without high fructose corn syrup and other common additives.
