A gray building in downtown Sparks is getting some color. Muralist Jamie Vincek is painting the interior walls of the Tony Armstrong Amphitheater to honor Sparks and commemorate America250, as the city works toward reopening the building for events.
Vincek’s tools might surprise you. She’s using a virtual reality headset to help bring her vision to life.
