Apartment rents in Reno-Sparks reached a record high earlier this year, with fewer vacancies keeping the market a tough one for renters.
The latest data from real estate appraisal firm Johnson Perkins Griffin showed the average rent in Reno-Sparks was $1,798 in January-March. That’s for large apartment complexes with 80 or more units and does not include affordable and low-income properties.
