A Carson City driver is dead after a crash on U.S. 50 east of Dayton.
The crash happened on U.S. 50 between Mark Twain Avenue and Rainbow Drive in Lyon County, around 9:45 p.m. on May 5th.
Nevada Highway Patrol says a preliminary investigation shows that a Mercury Mountaineer was heading west on U.S. 50 near Rainbow Drive when it crossed over into the oncoming lane and hit a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
