SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks City Attorney’s Office says seven people were convicted of DUI in the month of July.
James Cruz was sentenced to 30 days in the Washoe County Jail suspended on the condition he spend two active days in jail, pay a $400 fine, obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend a victim impact panel.
Jose Pinto-Jauregui will serve 30 days in the Washoe County Jail suspended on the condition he complete 52 weeks of substance abuse counseling, complete 48 hours of community service, pay a $500 fine plus administrative assessments, attend the victim impact panel, abstain from all drugs and alcohol, obey all laws, and install the vehicle ignition interlock device for 185 days.
