SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks Police Department says it has received multiple complaints about traffic issues regarding the Vista and Sparks Blvd freeway on ramps.
They say complaints include cars running red lights, blocking intersections, committing turning violations and committing reckless driving offenses.
Traffic enforcement with SPD conducted a traffic enforcement operation on the area on Wednesday. They say they made 38 traffic stops and issued 39 traffic citations for various offenses over the course of just two hours during the morning commute…
