Sparks police arrested a man Tuesday evening following a reported domestic disturbance that authorities say left a person and a dog injured.
Officers responded to the 400 block of Nash Street around 6:27 p.m. on Aug. 18, Police said the person involved in the disturbance may have been injured and had locked themself inside the home.
