RENO, Nev. — Double Diamond Elementary School families were notified Thursday afternoon after a disruptive student incident prompted the school to briefly restrict student movement and place the campus in a secured status, according to school officials.
In a message sent to families, the school said a student “became disruptive during classes,” leading the school to “restrict the movement of students around the campus as school police and staff members dealt with the student’s behavior.”
