RENO, Nev. — Northern Nevadans are invited to Reno-Tahoe International Airport Sunday afternoon to welcome home veterans returning from an Honor Flight Nevada trip.
Honor Flight Nevada’s Operation Homecoming is scheduled for 3:40 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, in the airport’s main lobby. Organizers encourage community members, veterans groups and families to arrive early and line the lobby with flags, signs and cheers for the returning veterans.
