Jacobs Entertainment has selected a Reno couple, Logan and Angelina Needham, to acquire the historic home located at 347 West Street after vetting three possible candidates. Jacobs Entertainment acquired the property in February 2024 and solicited bids to sell the home for $1, contingent on the new owners commitment to relocating and preserving the structure.
