RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Reno City Councilman Devon Reese will face the Nevada Commission on Ethics over alleged allegations of improper use of his position. The Commission says they received the ethics complaints from members of the public on March 18 and April 22 of this year. The Commission accepted jurisdiction over the case on May 1.
