RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Officials with the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest will be deploying grazing wild sheep near the Arrowcreek area of Reno in a bid to reduce fire risk.
Hundreds of sheep will be deployed starting April 27 to target invasive weeds. The sheep will be able to reach areas difficult for humans or machinery to access.
