More rainfall coming Sunday around northern Nevada, Lake Tahoe

Saturday’s forecast featured plenty of cloud coverage and scattered showers throughout the region, and today, we’re in for more of the same. Sunday’s high for Reno is 76 degrees, with a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11 a.m. We’ll also see winds from the west at 10 to 15 mph.

Stay safe while traveling, as these conditions could create for slippery roadways.

South Lake Tahoe’s expected high is 60 degrees, with an 80% chances of showers and thunderstorms and rainfall between 1/4 and 1/2 inch.
