SUN VALLEY, Nev. (KOLO) – On May 14, at 12:45 p.m., Lois Allen Elementary School was placed on secure campus status while Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a verbal disturbance nearby in the area of McGuffey Road in Sun Valley, according to the agency.
Deputies responded to a report of a possible assault that ended up being a verbal dispute, the sheriff’s office said.
