Metcalf Builders has officially completed construction of East Building 6 at the Comstock Commerce Center. The $24 million project, located within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC), marks another significant milestone in Nevada’s rapidly expanding industrial landscape.
Located at 2200 USA Parkway, East Building 6 is a 475,880-square-foot bulk industrial facility designed to meet the West Coast’s growing demand for logistics, warehousing and manufacturing space. The building is owned by Locus Development Group and is now fully delivered and ready to support tenant operations.
