Sa Rex has found his home.
The Richmond (Va.) Varina defensive back decided to continue the Varina-to-Virginia pipeline by committing to the Cavaliers after his official visit earlier this month.
“They had the perfect mixture of love and keeping it business,” said Rex about why he decided to stay home and pledge to the Cavaliers. “Also being able to stay home. I feel like the decision was bigger than me — a lot of people are looking at me, looking up to me from the hometown. I feel like if I can stay in Virginia and ball, I can be a bigger role model to more people outside of Richmond. And just being able to play in the ACC is great. I feel like that’ll be a great fit for me.”…
