RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — 8News got a visit from several special guests on Tuesday for a sneak peek of the 4th annual Puerto Rican Festival.
8News anchor Delaney Hall was joined by founder Michael Nazario and Jose Gonzalez to talk about what people can expect.
