A cold front located over southern Pennsylvania Friday morning will slowly move southward across the area during the course of the day, bringing rain and thunderstorm chances along with it.
This front will only make it to around Richmond, Virginia, by Saturday afternoon before stalling out. This will lead to on-and-off high rain chances from Friday night into early Sunday morning.
