HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — Due to flooding from significant rainfall, several Hopewell schools will have delayed dismissals on Tuesday.
According to a post from Hopewell City Public Schools, officials advised parents and guardians against coming to the schools on Tuesday, Aug. 4, “until conditions have been evaluated and an all-clear has been given.”
