Richmond Planning Commission approves Shockoe Valley Streets Improvement Project

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Planning Commission approved the Shockoe Valley Streets Improvement Project this week after years of ongoing design and development.

The project includes improvements to streets, sidewalks, intersections and public spaces to better accommodate people walking, biking, using transit and driving, Richmond officials said in a release on Thursday, Aug. 6.
