CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Multiple people have been displaced from their homes for the night after a fire broke out inside a garage on Saturday evening.
Chesterfield Fire and EMS said firefighters were called to Providence Villas Court at 6:30 p.m.
The first firefighters at the scene found flames coming from the garage of a home that was attached to three other housing units.
Crews were able to contain the damage from the fire within that one unit, but the unit next door suffered siding damage and two others suffered smoke damage…
