RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A death investigation is underway after a drowning incident with two toddlers in Richmond on Friday night.
On the night of Friday, April 17, Richmond Police responded to an incident where two toddlers almost drowned and were taken to a local hospital to be treated. Now the incident has become a death investigation, according to a Richmond officer.
