CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A mother and father have been charged with a felony child neglect after their 4-month-old child fell out of their moving car while in a car seat.
Mother, Brittany Johnson and father, Kristopher Alexander, were each charged with one count of felony child neglect after their 4-month-old baby fell out of a car seat while on Route 1 Thursday, April 16.
