Bon Air Victorian Day to return with parade, festivities in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Travel back in time next weekend as a beloved Chesterfield tradition takes you back to the 19th century.

The annual Bon Air Victorian Day will return to the Bon Air Christian Church on Saturday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Hosted by the Bon Air Historical Society, the celebration will kick off with a festival, followed by a parade at 11 a.m.

Jonathan Austin, also known as Jonathan the Juggler, will lead the parade as its marshal. Organizers encouraged visitors to bring a chair and secure a place on Buford Road to watch the parade.
