RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond man and repeat offender was again found guilty of armed robbery on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, April 29, 56-year-old Monte Decarlos Winston of Richmond was found guilty on multiple counts of armed robbery and brandishing a firearm during a violent crime, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
