RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Richmond City Council met tonight to approve a $3.4 billion budget for Fiscal Year 2027.
It includes a 3.25% pay hike for all city employees and a 6.73% raises for firefighters and police. Both start in July 2026.
