RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond will install a new pedestrian hybrid beacon at the intersection of East 29th and Hull streets as part of the city’s Vision Zero initiative.
The city saw a spike in pedestrian fatalities at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, prompting officials to target high-risk intersections.
