HOPEWELL, Va. (WWBT) – A juvenile is dead and two others were injured after their car crashed into a tree late Tuesday night.
On May 19, around 11:53 p.m., Hopewell Telecommunications got a report of a large group of juveniles arguing in the roadway near the 100 block of S. 8th Avenue.
