CHESTER, Va. (WWBT) – A long-time staple is closing its doors after nearly 50 years.
Chester Skateland announced the final day of skating will be Tuesday.
“We loved watching your children enjoy skating while smiling, laughing, and singing throughout the night. Those memories will always hold a special place in our hearts,” the business said in a statement. “Our Chester Skateland family could not have asked for more. While we never expected this day to come, we will forever cherish the beautiful memories created here throughout the years.”
