Felony Charges Expected Against Man Suspected of Killing Motorcyclist

Felony charges are expected to be filed Friday against a motorist suspected of plowing into a motorcyclist at a Woodcrest intersection, killing him.

Noel Guzman Cisneros, 36, was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Jail Tuesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence resulting in great bodily injury or death and DUI vehicular manslaughter.

Bail information was unavailable. The case was under review Thursday by the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. Cisneros’ speedy arraignment window under state law will close Friday afternoon…
