Rialto police on Wednesday announced the arrest of a suspect in a disturbing animal cruelty case that resulted in the death of a long haired chihuahua named Prada.

Police say 61-year-old Rialto resident Tracy Bolton allegedly intentionally killed Prada, his estranged wife’s dog, by hanging the chihuahua from a door and repeatedly hitting it with a hammer…
