Upgrades to the Interstate 215 Interchange at University Parkway near Cal State San Bernardino are expected to begin next month. The $23.1 million project, which is expected to take one year to complete, will decrease traffic and delays while improving freeway access at that intersection, according to a statement on the university’s website.
