An upper-level low brought significant showers to Southern California early Tuesday morning, with cool and cloudy conditions expected to follow.
“We had some heavier rain that pushed through overnight,” KTLA Meteorologist Henry DiCarlo said early Tuesday. “Now, most of what we are seeing through Ventura, Santa Barbara and L.A. County is dissipating.”
KTLA radar images showed steady showers were still falling in the Inland Empire as of 4 a.m.
