Two men shot outside Roanoke gas station, police investigation ongoing

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Two men were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds after a shooting outside of a gas station, according to the Roanoke Police Department (RPD).

On May 26, around 6:16 p.m., officers responded to the 3000 block of Ferncliff Avenue NW for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, RPD found two men with gunshot wounds being transported by personal vehicles to local hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

RPD’s investigation shows the shooting happened outside of a gas station in the 2600 block of Cove Road NW.
