ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – The Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) has announced WDBJ7 is this year’s Murrow Award Winner for Overall Excellence in the small market category of Region 12, of 14 regions across the country.
WDBJ7 will compete against 13 other stations for the national award, which will be announced later in 2026.
Additionally, anchor Logan Sherrill has won the regional award for Excellence in Writing, based on the submissions below.
