BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — One person has been displaced, and two cats are dead following a house fire in Fincastle early Tuesday.
Around 1:15 a.m., the Fincastle Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Sunset Hill Lane for a reported structure fire.
