FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy has been charged in connection with a crash that killed a man in 2025.
Court records indicate Deputy Zion Wade has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and improper brakes, with the Floyd County Commonwealth’s Attorney named as special prosecutor, according to Virginia State Police.
