Virginia State Police is investigating a motorcycle crash, which resulted in a fatality. The crash occurred on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1:20 a.m. on Route 501 at the intersection of Route 841 in Bedford County.
A 1996 Harley-Davidson was traveling north on Route 501 when the motorcycle struck a deer, ejecting the operator.
