BOTETOURT CO., Va. – Earlier this month, residents of Daleville and Troutville received a letter telling them that blasting operations for Project GVO were soon to begin.
The letter says that Carolina Drilling Inc. “will be conducting controlled drilling and blasting operations for the Project GVO construction site in Daleville, Virginia.”
It made its rounds on Facebook and had some, like Jerry Mikalauskas, give a call to the company for some answers…
