Aging Untold: Social isolation and longevity

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Social isolation may shorten a person’s life by up to 15 years.

That’s according to one study that showed loneliness can be deadly: and former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, among others, who has stressed the significant health threat.
