We’ll see a few clouds early followed by a good amount of sunshine this afternoon. Our high temperature climbs back into the low to mid 80s.
Pleasant Through Wednesday
High pressure will continue to build in through midweek, making for pleasant weather conditions. Lower humidity, sunshine and comfortable temperatures continue as well.
Late-Week
Temperatures are on the rise again as we head towards mid and late-week. Rain chances increase Thursday and Friday as another frontal boundary approaches the region.

Our new drought monitor continues to reflect our dry pattern across the region. While there has been improvement overall the last couple month, the last week most areas saw no change, with extreme drought expanding back over the Southside. We need more rain!

The Tropical Atlantic has one area of disorganized showers that has a small chance of development as it moves into more unfavorable conditions. we have now just passed the peak of the Atlantic Hurricane season.
