ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Clearview Dynamics LLC, a company that appears to have been formed out of Delaware in January and registered in Virginia in May, has been identified as the group interested in purchasing an unknown amount of land at the Wood Haven Technology Park in Roanoke County.
That’s according to the Western Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority (WVRIFA), a board made up of representatives from six localities in the Roanoke Valley that oversees the Wood Haven site.
It told WFXR in a Monday statement that the purchase agreement “represents a lengthier inspection and due diligence process and does not constitute a completed sale.”…
