ROANOKE, Va. – For years, the First Exchange Bank building has been a historic part of Downtown Roanoke and a $10 million makeover is now complete.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Exchange, now a live music venue, was held Thursday morning, with patrons lined up for tours of the new facility.
