ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Newly obtained public records show a nearly two-year gap between an initial nondisclosure agreement and the creation of the company confirmed to be buying land for a proposed data center at Wood Haven technology park.
According to the purchase and sale agreement obtained by WDBJ7, the buyer and seller entered into a nondisclosure agreement on March 26, 2024. However, state business records show the confirmed buyer, Clearview Dynamics, was not legally established until January 2026.
