BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — ABC13 is investigating a struggle between a sheriff’s office deputy and the driver of a car in the parking lot of a Food Lion.
The incident took place at the Food Lion location just off Graves Mill Road near the line between Bedford County and the City of Lynchburg. The deputy in the video is with the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office, and the incident was captured on video from two angles that we’ve seen.
