Flight from Rochester makes emergency landing in Syracuse after reported odor of fumes in cockpit

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — An American Airlines flight 5907 from Rochester was diverted to the Syracuse Hancock International Airport for a reported odor of fumes in the cockpit.

The flight was en route to Philadelphia before American Airlines said it was diverted due to a possible mechanical issue.
