ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man accused of leading deputies on a 48-minute pursuit through Monroe County has a history of stolen vehicle cases and police chases, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Ryan Novick, 45, is now being held without bail at the Monroe County Jail after deputies said he drove a stolen work truck through several communities Wednesday, caused multiple crashes and injured both a deputy and a sheriff’s office K9 during his arrest.
