Rochester, N.Y. — A 62-year-old man accused in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Rochester appeared in court Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.
Frank Roman is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident in connection with the death of 63-year-old Frederick Edwards, who police said was struck and killed while crossing Bay Street near McKinster Street on Feb. 8.
